Book a Sparring and Kata Masterclass

This masterclass focusses on the brown and black belt syllabus. Some master class sessions will focus on free sparring technique while others will be centred around advanced kata.

Free sparring is an enjoyable way to improve your karate skills and this is enhanced when there is a competitive element. These lessons will cover all aspects of sparring starting with footwork and simple attacks and building up to combinations and tactics.

In order to get the most out of this course you should ensure that you have the appropriate equipment.

• Relevant for purple belts to black belts
• Children and adults welcome
• Essential if you are interested in entering karate competitions
• Important preparation for black belt grading

To qualify for the early booking fee, book in at least 1 hours before the course starts.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds for cancellations within 10 days of the lesson date. Just Karate reserves the right to cancel the course. In this case, the cost of the course will be refunded.
