Wu Xing Quan

Wu xing quan is the five animal form of Ch'uan Fa. Each form has its own characteristics:
tiger - develops strong bones, tendons and muscles. emphasis on strength and dynamic tension. Short forceful moves.
snake - develops temperament and endurance. Striking of the vital points an objective. Flowing movements.
crane - develops the sinews. Characterised by light, rapid footwork and uses evasive attacking techniques.
leopard - develops speed and power
dragon - develops spirit. emphasis on alertness and concentration. Flowing and continuous moves. Coordination of body, mind and spirit to utilise "Ch'i" energy
