Jeet Kune Do

Jeet Kune Do, which can be translated as "the way of the intercepting fist", is the name given to the style created by Bruce Lee. It is also known as Jun Fan Kung Fu, named after Lee's original name. Lee insisted that it should not be referred to as a style: He considered any style of martial art to be a constraint and that the way to ultimate fighting ability was to remove such limitations.
