Dit Ta

Dit Ta (often translated "Iron Hitting") is the Chinese art of healing injuries. Dit Ta medication is either applied internally (in the form of decoctions, powders, pills and wines) or externally (in the form of powders, pastes, balms and liniments). Of these liniments are the most widely known, often refered to as Dit Ta Jow (Iron Hitting Wine) or Dit Ta Yow (Iron hitting Oil).
